CWM Workshop started with a single laser cutter and a conviction that small businesses deserve the same quality fabrication that large manufacturers take for granted. We've grown our shop to include CNC machining, 3D printing, and full-service CAD design — all operated by people who genuinely love making things.

Our clients come to us because they're tired of waiting weeks for quotes, dealing with minimums that don't make sense for their scale, or receiving parts that don't quite match the spec. We fix all of that — fast quotes, no ridiculous minimums, and parts that fit the first time.

Patrick Gensel

Founder & Lead Fabricator

Seven years ago I bought my first machine. Now I've got a shop full of them, and I still get the same feeling when a file I drew that morning comes off the table as a real object that afternoon.

Most of what I know came from making things and selling them. I built an e-commerce business around my own products, which meant learning the parts nobody makes videos about: holding quality across a hundred identical parts, quoting a job so it's fair to both of us, and hitting a date I promised. The machines were the easy part.

CWM Workshop is where all of it comes together. CNC, laser, 3D printing, and design out of northeastern Pennsylvania, for people who have an idea and need someone who can actually make it. Bring me a sketch on a napkin or a finished CAD file. Either one works.
